As part of this objective, we offer a range of life-skills training, person centred enrichment Opportunities to individuals transitioning into independent living, who require a safe caring and stable environment from which to shape and build their lives.
We offer guidance, coaching, mentoring, and support in our Adult Social Community Housing service, to young adults, nurturing independence and self-reliance by assisting each person to gain the skills and confidence needed to lead healthy, happy, and fulfilled lives as valued members of our communities.
Our service is ideally suited to individuals who are recent care leavers, refugees or homeless young adults keen to move on and most importantly who wish to progress.
A few of our diverse professional team, have ‘lived experience’ in these areas so are able to share valuable insights and experiences, and offer practical solutions and guidance.

Founder Business & Services Business Development Director
Monique, business development and management practice spans over 25 years, with knowledge and experience across a broad range of disciplines’ delivering projects in refugee support, business services in social care, recruitment, social media & design, and more lately in enterprise and innovation UK & EU award SME funding. She is a qualified Institute of Leadership & Management (ILM) SFEDI, Enterprise Growth Coach, and Mentor –see full profile www.greysassociates.co.uk. Amongst her other interests is supporting the music and dramatic Arts, as a Volunteer where she works in the capacity of a Business Development Executive and Trustee of a London –based Classical Music Education Bursary Fund Charity and a Music Academy which aims to offer opportunities to the Global majority and those marginalised and underrepresented due to socio-economic disadvantage in the community wishing to engage in classical arts- which offers amazing opportunities, wonderful creative career pathways and a new life direction for Beneficiaries.
Our Director holds the NEW Staffordshire Level 3. Safeguarding Children and Adult Asylum Seekers & Refugees Multi-Agency Training Certification and VAST Community Health Champions and wish to make a difference and contribute to improving the welfare and life of others.
They are supported in their roles by a Chartered Psychologist BPS 373947 (Division of Education and Child Psychology) consultant
Dazzling Futures Services Community Interest Company Management team and staff work in alignment and in collaboration with a number of supportive, experienced local communities’ grassroots agencies along with a wonderful group of volunteers offered through VAST Voluntary Action Stoke on Trent.
